# EXStar 1.2.2.0 RC I get at 80% error 0x00000012

Hello,  
When I try to create a mesh using einstar 1.2.2.0, I get an error 0x00000012 at 80% completion. The point cloud file is 24 GB and consists of 20,000 images. The computer is running Windows 10 with an i9 processor and 64 GB of memory. Any ideas on how to work around this problem? Kind regards,

Hi,

Firstly, you can try a lower level resolution to generate mesh to see if it will success.  
If still failed, please submit a ticket and send us your log file in the ticket, logs folder in the sub-directory
