My first project for the new Einstar 2 would be to scan the back seat of my car and create play- trays and sun shades for my children.

I was really impressed with the tracking of einstar 1 and thought the only way to make this experience even better is to go wireless and you did it Shining3d!

Sweet, hope you good luck in the giveaway.:smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Read about Einstar 3D handheld portable scanner in a research paper where the authors used this device to capture the ground truth of wheat plants for view synthesis models. I am surprised by this device’s accuracy and user-friendly capabilities. I am in a grad school and I would like to experiment with this device for high-throughput segmentation of wheat heads.

There are so many projects I’d like to incorporate a 3D scanner. 1. As-built scans of cast and cnc parts. 2. Scanning boat consoles, having a reference model for our mounts and accessories. 3. Documenting the 3D scanner workflow on YouTube.
