has anyone a recommendation for mounting an Einstar shinning 3d on a tripod? presumably a clamp but i don’t want to mark or damage the unit.

Hi, EINSTAR has standard 1/4-inch threaded hole, you can directly mount it on the tripod with standard 1/4-inch screw.
