Random Circular holes in circular mesh

Hi All. Einstar Rockit with latest software - EXStar Hub v1.0.9-11

Having problems with phantom circular holes. Only 3 Markers on part itself, and many other on rotary table with part laying on top of it. Used to scan with global markers … Some other scans looks better, other ones like this one.
