Hello, I just received the einstar rockit a couple of days ago. It’s my first 3d scanner and completely new to 3d scanning. What causes this issue? Looks like ghosting and scanning multiples but shifted out of place each time. I tried 3d printed markers and just stuck the markers directly but still encountering this problem. This piece is black plastic. I scanned a similar piece yesterday but it was yellow painted metal without issues.
The markers seems very dense and repetitive, have you tried re-stick the markers more randomly and also recalibrate the scanner? If you still have some issues, pls visit Submit a ticket : Einstar Support and our engineers will help you soon 
Thanks. My issue is fixed. I was using the 3d printed markers with many sides. They do not work so well. I went back to just the dots and it scanned it perfectly.
