Hello, How to perform a hard reset?
Open the Control Center (the menu that appears when swiping down on the screen), tap the cogwheel button to enter the settings. At the bottom of the menu on the left, tap “About”. Then scroll down on the right side of the screen, Factory Reset is at the bottom.
