Hey hope whoever sees this is doing well. I was intially having issues connecting the einscan rigil scanner to my computer in the exscan rigil software. I was in the the “connect EXscan Rigil” screen inside the scanner and then opened the sofware on the computer, clicked the plus button, next to the “Device not connected”. Although i saw both options to connect wirelessly or wired, when i did connect the provided usb c to usb c cable, the button to click the “Connect” button was greyed out, and I wasnt able to connect, even though i could connect wirelessly. I did an update on both the pc software and the scanner software, and then retried everything and it worked. This was a couple days ago. I am having the same issue again where I am unable to connect through wired connection. The cable is good, and software on both sides are up to date. The reason I want to connect with the wire is because I need to use the internet on my computer while in the software, and am unable to do this with the wireless connection requiring me to connect the computer to the scanners hotspot. If anybody can lend me some help, that would be awesome, thanks
