Einstar FAILED TO CONNECT, CHECK SCANNER CONNECTION

Hi ],

I’m receiving the following error after connecting my Shining 3D Einstar scanner:
“FAILED TO CONNECT, CHECK SCANNER CONNECTION.”

Please note the following troubleshooting steps I’ve already taken:

  • Both blue indicator lights on the scanner are ON.

  • “Shining 3D” does not appear in my computer’s Device Manager.

  • Tried multiple USB ports – no success.

  • Tested with a different cable (borrowed from a friend using the same scanner) – issue persists.

Could you please advise on what to do?

I have already opened two support tickets and initiated a community support topic regarding this issue, but I have not yet received a response. Given the importance of this matter, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication.
