I recently bought the Rockit scanner and I confess I am very disappointed with the results obtained. I use the basic version of the Creality scanner, the Creality Raptor, which has served me well but with certain limitations. Using the same resolution settings as the Raptor, the Rockit scanner presents several capture flaws, textures that do not exist, parts that it cannot capture, and irregular edges. Terrible quality in the final result. I don’t know what to do. I am negotiating the exchange for the Raptor PRO.
Is anyone in the same situation as me? I have had the Creality Ferret, Revopoint Mini, Mini2, Miraco models and currently the Raptor and Rockit. I do reverse engineering, but with this quality it is difficult to do quality work.

Good Morning Ella.
I received support from the company I bought the product from, and there was a detail in the software I hadn’t noticed; that was why the scanned objects had very poor resolution.
The problem has been resolved, and I appreciate the assistance.
