I have had this einstar scanner for a few months now. watching the tutorial video has me wanting to rip out my hair because she makes it look easy. i thought it might be my computer, so i upgraded it. now i have 64gb RAM, a 7950x3d, and an nvidia 5900RTX.
It still refuses to scan without losing tracking every 2-3 seconds. i have tried various levels of detail, various attempts with the tracking dots, sublimating spray, and changing the table to have more and less detail. do i have a dud of a scanner? is this normal?
