Hi, I scanned successfully a 12GB Project with my MacBook Air. As it has only 16GB RAM I need to generate the point cloud on Windows PC with installed 64GB RAM. When loading project into Windows Version of EXStar I get at 50% error 0x00000012 with crashing programm.
Is it possible to import MAC generated Projects on a Windows Version of EXStar?

Currently, Projects from MAC and Windows are not compatible
And for MacBook, pro series are the recommended when using EINSTAR 
Can’t you implement a kind of import or conversion function MAC–>PC? I am happy with my lightweight mac. It works fine - but dissappointing that I cannot import the data to a PC.
