New to scanner and just bought a rocket. Trying to get the feature alignment to work without any markers and it immediately loses tracking as soon as I start scanning and does not actually scan anything. Does it in both wired and wireless modes and I’ve tried every brightness setting. It calibrated fine and scanned a tape measure with trackers just fine but anytime I try to use feature alignment it fails. I’ve watched virtually every video I can find for the rocket and read the manual and can’t figure out why it will not work. The whole reason I bought it was for the marker-free scanning.

Uninstalling and re-installing the software appears to have resolved the issue.
