Just received my Rockit and it simply will not calibrate. The Calibration plate is never recognized.

Hi,I wonder have you activate your scanner successfully?Pls connect the scanner to your PC using the USB 3.0 cable that come with the scanner.Pls be noted that calibration only support a wired connection so make sure you do so.When using a new board,pls scan the QR code behind the calibration board to bind it to your scanner,then you can start calibrate according to the animation.
