Change default startup mode

I almost always work in Fast mode but the Vega starts in HD mode every time. I’d like the option to have Vega start in the mode I last used. On firmware 1.1.0-16 it takes 18 seconds to switch from HD to Fast, and this can be a little annoying to wait on it.

In version 1.1.2(Already released), we introduced a feature that allows the system to remember the mode the user last used.
