I want to switch from fast to HD but the scanner writes, i shouldnt cover the back of the scanner. I tried to switch of the scanner and try it again, but even if he switches to hd you see nothing on the screen. I then tried to calibrate the scanner but this is also not possible. No picture on the screen.
I use the scanner mainly to scan in HD, but the last days i have scanned several trees in fast mode. All worked fine until this switching problem.
The fast mode works and i see something on the screen, but hd wont work anymore. At the moment the scanner reached a state where he writes loading on the screen, the spinner is spinning but nothing happens. This loading wont stop and takes 15 minutes.
I switched the scanner off and back on. Now he write Initialization failled, dont cover the backside of the scanner. After 3 fails, the scanner tells me to contact the einstar support.
The Optics are clean.
Any ideas ???
