I’ve had the POS Einstar scanner for about 8 months. Yesterday for some reason the lights on the scanner stopped illuminating during preview and scanning–but they do illuminate during calibration.
How do I change this?
This function could be opened inside the EXStar software menu on the left side, this should not be a hardware issue since the calibration is normal. Please try
