I’ve owned my Einstar for a few months and I’m moderately happy with the performance - so long as it actually continues to perform. I’ve been encountering an issue lately where mid-scan the camera preview will freeze along with the scan freezing. I can pause the scan - and the camera preview will remain on the last “image” the scanner saw, and I can continue my scan - but it does not actually scan. It does not seem like the software itself is freezing - but perhaps more so the scanner itself.
