Not enough data to continue ...

I scanned throughout the entire evening. More than 10 parts were scanned, and the batteries ran out twice. During the very last scan, the following error occurred:

When I clicked the “Mesh Optimization” button, the program showed an error at 90% progress — “Not enough data to continue”. After that, the progress remained at 90% for about half an hour. I had to force-close the program, and after reopening it, the data from the second project was missing in the project list. In the main window, there is now a notification saying that the device is not connected.

At the same time, the second project still occupies a significant amount of space on the storage drive.

Laptop specifications: i9-13980HX, 96 GB RAM, RTX 4090 GPU.

This scan was far from the most complex one that evening, so it seems that a bug simply occurred, which is why I am reporting it. My only question is:

Is it possible to recover the data? If necessary, I can send the entire project via a private link, since the project is commercial.

Thank you in advance.

The last one …

Today I encountered the same problem with ExStarHUB 1.0.9.11: the first scan works fine, but after the next scan in the same project, the program displays a “no data” message during processing and freezes at 98%. After restarting the software, the project locks; I can’t add more scans to it, and I can’t do anything with the existing scan. I tried three times, but the result is the same. :frowning:
