Issue still exists in v1.0.3-7.
Hi,
Could you please share us the steps that how you operate and still meet the issue?
Hello,
i have made a video when the issue appeared again when trying to add 2nd scan.
The scenario is as follows:
Link to the video on dropbox:
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/9tyyrn2ssap552qs6ho9n/ScannerMismatchError.mp4?rlkey=9c1ivsd30a0xer7tvwzsyzcbn&st=wy6xs91f&dl=0
I have tried the exact same procedure as shown in the video several times.
Sometimes i get the error and sometimes i can add another scan without issues.
The issue is totally sporadic. For the test the rockit was used in wirless mode.
@Einstar Have you watched the video? Can you reproduce the sporadic issue?
We are trying to reproduce this issue, currently our internal test shows it is fixed, I will let you know once we get a new result. Thanks for your feedback. If possible, could you share the project file and the log files with us? We’ ll check if there’s anything missing or any issues we can identify. ![]()
First i thought the issue is solved with v1.0.4-3 but it’s NOT fixed.
After first scan finished i changed the battery from the Rockit. Afterwards i wanted to create second scan which was not possible because of “Scanner Mismatch”. Finally it was not possible to create this project on the weekend for top and bottom scan and i was forced to use the RaptorX to do the scan. It’s really annoying this issue and many other people on Einstar Facebook Group are reporting the same issue. Please escalate the issue to higher level in order to fix it asap! Really frustrating issue prenventing the use of the scanner!
Problem is happening not very often but when it’s happening the whole project is somehow lost because no additional scan can be added. Again happened today using latest version 1.0.4-3.
Please fix this asap!
Hi, we’ve double checked the issue, it is solved in the new version 1.0.5-4. ![]()
Thanks for coming back on this! I have seen the info in the release notes.
If issue is fixed i will comeback after some time and mark it as resolved.
Thanks for your great support!
