During the “mesh” process, exstar closed.
After reopening the project, the point cloud fell apart.
Fortunately, I had previously saved the mesh to an .asc file.
The element is clearly visible in the preview tool.
What can I do with the ASC file?
If during the mesh process the software crashed, you can reopen the EXStar software and reload the project file ( Not the .asc file) but the index file inside the folder. As for the pure asc format, you cannot open it via EXStar software but you can view it with other third-party software like Geomagic Essentials.
