can not connect rockit to pc

Hi,

I have recently received my Einstar Rockit and completed the device registration successfully. My account is active, and I am able to log into the Einstar software without any issues.

Within the software interface, the device is correctly detected and appears in the connection panel. However, every attempt to establish a connection fails. This prevents me from proceeding with any operations, including initial calibration.

I have tested both wired and wireless connection modes, but the issue persists in both cases. The software consistently returns the following error message:

“Device firmware and software do not match.”

I have already ensured that I am running the latest version of the Einstar software, downloaded directly from the official website(.V. 1.1.0.16) The software itself also confirms that it is up to date.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this firmware/software mismatch so I can successfully connect to and calibrate the device?

Any help would be appreciated

If the software displays a “firmware mismatch” message, the system will prompt you to update the firmware. Have you successfully updated it? Did the update terminate unexpectedly or encounter any other issues during the process?

Hi all. I managed to sort the issue by using a different usb socket. I think the one on the rear of my pc. But thanks all who commented
