Einstar Rockit wireless connection not working

Hello everyone,

I received the Einstar Rockit today and wanted to connect it via Wi-Fi using the ExStar Hub v1.0.1-1 software.
My computer recognizes the Einstar. But the software do not recognizes it via Wi-Fi, just via a wired connection.
Firmware scanner is v0.81.

Can you please help me?

I had a similar issue to yours.

Shining 3D have a fix for the issue where the scanner hotspot does not appear in the available wifi list. They ran this on my PC to diagnose and update the scanner, following which the scanner was detected and connectable from the ExStar Hub software.

My understanding is that this fix will be rolled into the next update. But if you haven’t opened a ticket for your issue and had it resolved, maybe you could do this and mention WIFI_FIXER.EXE patch.
