I recently bought my first 3D scanner, the Vega. So far, I really like it, but I’m having an issue where the scanner doesn’t prompt for file transfer when I plug it into my PC. I’ve tried 4-5 different USB cables, all of which charge the device, but none allow for file transfer. The cables are data-compatible, so I’m not sure why the Vega isn’t recognizing them. I even attempted a factory reset, but no luck.
