Hello,
We purchased an Einstar Vega and updated to the newest available software V1.3.5-6 , we downloaded Starvision V1.3.6-6 off the website and cannot connect to the scanner to retrieve scans.
I believe this is due to mismatch of the software to scanner, If the scanner is running V1.3.5-6 and no other update is available could this be the connection issue?
We tried the software on 3 different laptops and verified all security settings are not inhibiting so there must be some correlation to version mismatch.
