EinstarRockit wifi connection issue - the solution on my PC

Recently bought the EinstarRockit, very impressive performance and easy to use. However, on my main workstation, I could not connect it wirelessly. Inspired by the other post, I added a new WIFI7 adapter to replace the old wifi6 adapter. Then the PC could see the hotspot, but could not connect it (or can connect but will drop the connection shortly). After trying many different ways, even with the Shining3D support, here is the solution I found.

In WIN11, ‘wifi’ → ‘hardware properties ‘→ ‘more adapter options’. Then come to page shown below for the wifi adapter, in the 802.1be/ax/ac/n/abg, set the Value to ‘802.11ax‘. Save the change and restart the PC. Then it works for me. I get the inspiration from the other pc, when connected, it shows 802.11ax.

Hope it is helpful for some, cheers!

thank you for you support! Very clever of you! This issue will be fixed in the next big update which may be 1.0.8. Anyway, this is a good way to solve, thanks again

Hi, one update. Found the other reason for the not-wireless-connection issue, it was the ethernet wire connection. So, if I unplug the ethernet wire connection, only use the wireless, then no problem. Othwerise, not successful. Maybe due to some domain setting.
