Exscan rigil crashing when editing pointcloud

Hi everybody. i have a question, i have made two laser scans wich i want to merge. i forgot to edit the first scan and took the second one. when going back to the first scan ( project 1) i want to delete data wich i dont want ( stand where the object was on) when i delete that and press apply the software shuts down. therefore i can not continue the proces. Can you help me ? i don’t know what to do.

May I know which software version of EXScan rigil are you using? Could you share some logs regarding this issue so we can check further? Thank you.

Thanks for your quick reply, i’m using EXScan Rigil_v1.0.4.13

when i try to upload a movie the program says i can not upload files because i’m a new user.
