Sometimes the frame rate while scanning or while calibrating drops to around 1 FPS(estimated) Is there a fix for this?
Seems like this isn’t connected to scanning at all, I just simply opened EXStar hub and looked at a previous project and it started refreshing at the 1 FPS.
Hi, have you submitted ticket of this issue, it is not normal, we need logs to analyze it. Sorry about it.
