Hello, this is my first post here.
I have been using the Rockit for a couple of months now. Today was the first time I tried to work with it outside in my car.
The problem is that 1) Exstar Hub has to see the internet to start up. 2) Once it has started up you need to connect your Rockit.
Now, I was only able to do it once successfully. Even using the cable was not successful. I read online in a very old post that you could activate offline using a C2V file, but I don’t think that applies here. Is there a function I am missing about working offline?

Once you start the EXSTAR HUB, you can login or not, but it is not essential. You can just close that login window if you don’ t have internet. You can whether connect your rockit or not. but if you do want to scan, the connection is necessary. and as for the connection between software and scanner, you can do it either wire or wireless, there is no internet needed during this.
So I followed your comment. I turned off Wifi to test if I can log into Exstar Hub with Wifi Turned off. It did log in, but took longer than I am used to. I guess it takes longer. Thank you,
