After a portrait scan and I was done, I deleted the data and went to the project tab, clicked the + and got to the New Project menu. The problem is that it will not let me choose the Object mode. The only way to get the choice back is to exit the program and start again.

Thank you for your feedback. EXStar is designed to provide a tailored experience and results in both portrait and object modes through different algorithms. As a result, switching scan modes within the same project isn’t supported. However, you can save the point cloud data first, then open a new project in the desired mode.
